Weddings by Fassa

By opting to rent our wedding stationery, clients agree to the following terms and conditions. A non-refundable breakage deposit, calculated based on the rental fee, is required upon booking to secure the rental items. This deposit serves as protection against potential damages or losses. In the event of any breakages or significant damage to the rented items, an additional fee, determined by the extent of the damage, may be charged. The client is responsible for inspecting all items upon receipt and notifying us of any discrepancies or issues within 24 hours. The rental period commences on the agreed-upon delivery date and concludes with the return of the items within 2 days after the event. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. The client is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the rented items during the rental period. Shipping costs associated with the return of the rented items are not included in the rental fee and are the sole responsibility of the client. The client acknowledges that our wedding stationery is the property of Weddings by Fassa and is to be used exclusively for the specified event. Any unauthorized alterations or reproductions are strictly prohibited. By proceeding with the rental, the client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions, and any violation may result in additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
